ORM:跟單服務協議_Saiko - The Revival

跟單服務協議是Bingbon和跟單服務跟隨者或交易員之間共同達成的法定協議條款，請您務必仔細閱讀本協議全部條款內容。若您已成為跟隨者或者交易員，則表明您與平臺之間已達成本協議，接受本協議所有條款并受本協議條款的約束。

1.跟隨者/交易員權利和義務

a.在平臺成為跟隨者或者交易員的用戶，必須是能完全承擔法律責任的自然人或法人。

b.您確保提供給平臺的個人資料的真實性和可靠性，并經過平臺嚴格核實和評估。如您個人信息不充足或沒通過審核，平臺將不允許您交易賬戶。

c.不得冒用他人資料，如您提供的資料不準確、不合法或無效，平臺將禁止您使用平臺的產品和服務。

d.若您的個人信息有變更或想變更賬戶類型，您可通過提交工單的形式向平臺客服提出申請，平臺在查閱審核之后處理。如您不能及時通知平臺關于個人信息變更，針對變化出現的一切損失，平臺概不負責。為確保個人信息的準確性請及時更新，您可要求平臺更正或刪除個人認為不正確的信息。

e.您需自行保管跟隨者或交易員的賬戶ID及密碼，并對跟隨者或交易員賬戶進行的交易行為承擔相關法律責任。

f.請您務必仔細查閱平臺官網的相關條款，了解相關法律法規，并承擔您自主交易及跟隨交易的所有風險。平臺不提供任何具體的投資建議，也不發表相關的任何意見。

g.您在平臺網站上發布信息和使用服務，須符合相關法律法規；不得惡意在網站上發表、傳播違反法律法規和不道德的不良信息，含文字、圖片、音頻、視頻等；不得發表任何誹謗及損害平臺名譽的不良言論。

h.請您定期檢查賬戶信息，并及時把任何錯誤告知平臺。如交易執行后72小時內，您沒有把發生的任何錯誤告知平臺，由此所造成的任何損失及損害均由您本人承擔。

i.交易員在平臺平臺的交易策略描述必須準確，以便跟隨者根據此描述進行跟隨投資。交易員的交易行為必須與策略描述相符合。當交易員的實際交易方式與策略描述有出入時，平臺將不批準此交易策略通過；由于交易行為導致嚴重后果的，平臺將采取相關行動干涉您的交易，如停用交易員賬戶或切斷跟隨者的跟隨。

j.交易員需確保及時更新交易狀態，以便跟隨者及時了解其交易行為及策略，從而維護良好的跟隨關系。

k.交易員不得惡意操作，包括并不僅限為提升跟隨人數或資金而進行的惡意刷單行為，否則平臺將撤銷其所得服務費且交易員賬戶可能被永久停用。

l.實盤跟隨交易員或平臺其他投資者下單，可能存在虧損風險，在風險控制不當的情況下，可能會整個賬戶全部虧損，虧損由跟隨者個人獨立承擔。

2.平臺權利和義務

a.您在平臺平臺發布的資料信息，平臺有權將內容用于其他合法途徑，如復制、修改、改編、翻譯、推廣、分析等。

b.平臺網站上所有圖文信息均出于為公眾傳播有益資訊信息之目的，不意味著平臺贊同其觀點。

c.平臺不會向您提供任何投資建議，也不發表與投資相關的意見，需您本人獨立思考，自主執行交易。

d.如交易員賬號連續超過2個月沒有任何交易行為，將被系統自動刪除權限。

e.為保護您與平臺雙方的合法權益，平臺有權依據您提供給平臺的信息，并在您所提供信息的基礎上對您的知識、經驗和適應性進行評估。若平臺注意到該信息不可靠或不準確，將不予以通過。

f.任何自然人或法人未經授權同意，給平臺提供他人交易數據或相關信息的行為，平臺不為此行為造成的任何損失負責。

3.網上交易風險揭示

a.如您使用網絡設備交易發生錯誤，所造成的直接的、間接的、偶發性的損失損益，均由您本人承擔，平臺一概不負任何責任。

b.如果發生任何超出平臺控制范圍內的不可抗力事件所給您造成的財產損失，平臺將不承擔由此事件產生的任何索賠及損失。

c.平臺建議您應謹慎使用移動設備進行交易或接收數據，因移動設備會受到連接網絡的限制，可能無法提供與通過web瀏覽器訪問平臺平臺時相同的功能。如您使用移動設備產生的任何損失、損害、成本或費用，包括但不限于利潤損失，使用時所產生的直接的、間接的或偶發性的損害損失，平臺一律不負任何責任。

4.協議的生效、修改、終止

a.本協議從您在平臺成為跟隨者或交易員起即開始生效，直至本協議終止和違約為止。任何一方任何時候均可終止本協議。如需解除本協議，請事先書面或以郵件的形式通知終止。平臺接到通知后，將在7個工作日內書面或郵件通知您，明確本協議的終止。

b.為維護平臺的合法權益和完善本協議，平臺保留修改本協議相關條款的權利和最終解釋權。如果修改本協議相關條款，平臺將通過官網作出必要的特定通知。請您在享用各項服務時，及時查閱了解相關修訂內容，并自覺遵守履行本協議及相關服務協議。即使平臺修訂交易條件和執行規則任何部分，您都將繼續受本協議的約束。
